About Us
Welcome to the website of the Chakra Cultural Foundation (CCF). Initially registered in Indonesia as Yayasan Duta Chakra Budaya, the Foundation is dedicated to establishing culture as the cornerstone for shaping a new global structure aligned with the Sustainable Development. CCF is privileged to have D. Paul Schafer from the World Culture Project as an honorary advisor, emphasizing its partnership with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Inspired by a profound awareness of the world’s current challenges, CCF focuses on socio-cultural frameworks as key elements in global endowment. Our primary mission is to redefine and articulate the essence of culture—going beyond its conventional definitions—to reveal its pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability of life and development. This deeper understanding of culture serves as a foundation to integrate it effectively into the sustainable development agenda, offering innovative perspectives on harmonious coexistence with nature.
Our work also emphasizes the co-evolution of culture and genetics, unveiling mechanisms of human evolution that have significant implications for addressing contemporary global crises. We believe that culture has always been and will continue to be central to human civilization, bridging the past, present, and future to inform a sustainable pathway forward.
At Chakra Cultural Foundation, we actively encourage partnerships and collaborations with organizations and individuals who share our vision for a better global future. Guided by our motto--"Resettling cognitive structures and embracing new ideas"—we are committed to fostering mutual ventures worldwide to reshape perspectives and drive transformative change.
