Sanustra Workshop with FIKOM UNPAD
RuangTenang Sanustra was designed as a response to the growing stress and pressures faced by Indonesia’s younger generation. Through an immersive sensory experience, this installation sought to connect visitors with nature and the cultural heritage of Nusantara, while raising awareness about the importance of mental well-being.

After attending the event, students were asked to write an essay reflecting on their feelings and insights gained during the experience. They were encouraged to elaborate on their newfound awareness and propose actionable plans to create social change within their immediate environment.
Outcomes
RuangTenang Sanustra successfully achieved its objectives of reducing stress, enhancing awareness of mental well-being, and fostering appreciation for nature and culture. The event highlighted the critical role of art and sensory experiences in addressing mental health challenges and driving positive social transformation.
